Refund policy

At Dame Ningen, We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we will also inspect the item upon return and if there is any evidence of usage or wear and tear, we will be unable to accept the return. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@dameningen.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping unless the item received is either faulty or the wrong one. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
At Dame Ningen, we carry out a quality check on each of our items before we send them out but we know the error is possible. In the unfortunate event that the item you have received is either faulty, damaged or simply incorrect then please do contact us so that we can put it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Due to hygienic reasons, we are also unable to accept returns on earrings, socks or similar items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
For items that you wish to exchange, please specify this in your initial email and let us know which item/size you would prefer so that we can make sure it is still in stock. Upon receiving the original item, we will provide a gift voucher of the same value as the original item or if you are simply exchanging the size, we will mail out the new size as soon as we receive the original.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refund times can vary depending on the process times of your banking/credit card company.
